When the tide of God comes in it reverses the flow. In this message Pastor Mark shows how Jesus turns dry seasons into rivers of living water using the Feast of Tabernacles the wine and water at the altar and the Kidron Valley to point straight to the cross and the Spirit. The call is simple and urgent come to Jesus and drink and watch Him make dead places live again.
We look at a vivid picture from the Bay of Fundy where an incoming tide actually forces a river to run the other direction and we apply it to our homes our city and our culture. God is reversing the flow and He invites us to step in by faith before we see the rain.
Jesus cried out on the last day of the feast If anyone is thirsty let him come to me and drink and out of his innermost being will flow rivers of living water a direct pointer to the Holy Spirit. We also see why water and wine were poured together at the altar and how grace flows down through the Kidron into our lowest places. Then we pray for the fire of the Spirit like Acts 2 and celebrate water baptisms as a sign of new life.
If you are hungry for more of Jesus this will build your faith and call you deeper from ankle deep to waters to swim in.
