About this episode

About this episode

Discipleship was never meant to be a program. It was meant to be a culture.

In this message, Pastor Mark Ivey teaches why discipleship is not optional for believers and how Jesus modeled it long before He ever gathered the twelve. From the story of Jesus in the temple at twelve years old to the Great Commission, we see that faith was always meant to be lived in relationship, practiced daily, and multiplied from one life to another.

This message challenges our independent mindset and calls us into a biblical way of living that is relational, intentional, and rooted in spiritual family. Discipleship is not about classrooms or titles. It is about walking with people, inviting them into your life, and helping them grow in Christ where they already are.

As we look toward the future, this message lays out a clear vision for multiplication rather than addition. If we want to see God move in our cities, we must be willing to take responsibility for making disciples who carry His presence beyond the four walls of the church.

This message will challenge you to ask who you are walking with, who you are learning from, and who God is calling you to invest in next.
