ecuador Building & Service Trip
From June 30 – July 7, 2025, we will be taking a team to Ecuador for a hands-on construction-focused mission trip in partnership with local missionaries, Mickey & Jennifer Daniels. This trip is designed for men ages 18 and up who have a valid passport. The all-inclusive cost is $2,700.

The trip costs $2700 and includes airfare, ground transportation, food, accommodations, international emergency/medical insurance, and all activities.
The cost does NOT include passport fees, immunization costs, food at the airport, and personal purchases for or on the trip.
A $675, nonrefundable trip deposit is due upon acceptance. Additional payment deadlines will be communicated to team members post-acceptance.

Yes, an end-of-year giving statement will be provided from Christ Alive.

Most expenses are pre-paid and nonrecoverable by Christ Alive and will not be refunded or credited back to you.

Online contributions are encouraged. Team members will be given a trip-specific link that they can use and share with others who want to contribute to their trip. If writing a check, checks should be made payable to Christ Alive

Yes!Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the trip’s return date (February 2026). Complete passport information can be found at travel.state.gov. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, please begin that process as soon as possible.

Overall, please consult the CDC website and your physician and make a vaccination decision with which you are comfortable.

Minors under 18 are not eligible to join the Construction Trip. This trip is open to adults ages 18 and up who meet all requirements, including having a valid passport and being physically capable of handling labor-intensive work.

Please remember all international travel is physically demanding, and short-term teams are active every day of the trip. Physical demands include but are not limited to lack of sleep, prolonged standing on uneven terrain, lifting and moving heavy materials (potentially exceeding 40 pounds), climbing ladders, bending, reaching, and using hand tools for extended periods.
